I have recently received a tube of Kanebo’s Freshel Moist Lift BB Cream, all thanks to Nuffnang!
So, here’s the product:

A little details on the back.

As you can see, there’s Collagen, Hyaluronic Acid, Silk Essence and Yeast Extract to soften and moisturise the skin, while working as sunscreen & tinted makeup base!

Upon opening the box, you will find this brown and gold luxurious looking tube, that reminds me of yummy chocs! And although it says ‘Fragrance Free’ on the back, there’s is still a slight flowery smell, which kinda feels good when you apply.

The natural skin coloured cream matches my skin colour to the max and it glides on to skin easily and I can have even skin colour in minutes. And also the cream, covers my dullness and red spots pretty well. I didn’t have to put on concealer to cover up after using the BB cream.

Here’s how I look without makeup. (Be warned: Don’t freak out)

After applying the cream, you can already see, much lighter skin colour around my eyes.

Here’s how I look after applying face powder on top of the cream and finishing the look with simple eyeshadow shading and eyeliner.

I have been using the BB Cream for a couple of weeks now and my skin feels smoother and firmer than ever (you know, the ‘du-ing, du-ing’ feeling). It’s amazing how 4 small dots of cream on my face can work wonders!

I couldn’t get to sleep and decided to drag my man out of bed and we went to the Chong Pang wet market for breakfast. I haven’t woke up so early for ages and marketing seems like a brand new experience for me again. But by the time I was there, aunties and uncles have already piled the place full.

Food were already selling fast and some sold out! It was pretty chaotic, messy and noisy, but for once, I liked what I see and hear. I was like a little kid that just “landed” in Disneyland~

Hi guys,

I managed to get myself movie preview tickets to the new Korean Horror flick: “The Haunted House Project”. All thanks to OMY.SG.

The ticket stub of the night.

Still a little shaken after the movie.

A little synopsis of the movie:
Over the course of 42 years, 6 went missing, 8 had accidents and 11 were murdered… 3 Paranormal investigators and 3 camera crew decide to look into this infamously haunted house. Ignoring the danger, the group of six entered the haunted house and disappeared without a trace. A video footage of what they shot during their visit was recovered and may reveal the truth of their disappearance…

I must say for a timid mouse like me, the movie does have it’s scary parts to make you tremble. I still remember there was a part where I was the only one in the cinema that screamed. But I must say the movie overall has the same rule of thumb as saving the Earth.
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.

Reduce – There are alot of things which went unexplained and seems like only dumb bimbos would do?

Reuse, Recycle – So many scenes have it’s similarities with Sadako, Ju-On and I must say even the way they execute the movie is very close to Blair Witch Project (Note: Project *wink)

This movie started with a documentary interviewing the people leaving in the neighbourhood of the haunted house. It does kinda gives you the creeps when you hear about the ‘scariness’ of the house, but the suspense died down when a producer and her camera man went in search of the house, to recce the location for their ghost documentary, e.g. Ghost Hunters.

So on the day of filming, they gathered a team of 3 young paranormal investigators to explore the house. I was in fact pretty impressed by their special equipment to detect spirits like the one you can see below.

The whole film was mainly shot with a handheld camera, so expect to experience shaky scenes, shots of floors and walls. The idea is to make you feel as if you are the one filming experiencing all these with the crew, but if you have watch Blair Witch before, you will know how nauseating it can be.

So throughout the film, there will be glimpses of a figure etc. to shake you up but the real scary part is towards the end. Brace yourself for some gory bloody scenes!

Moral of the story: Stay away from spooky places and do not challenge the unspoken. (Come on, the poster made it super clear.)

All in all, I’ll give this movie a 2.5 out of 5 stars. I guess for the faint hearted it’s a 3 stars. I won’t say it’s a must watch movie, but it’s definitely a movie for dudes to score some chicks!
